It’s been painful to process, especially when all I needed was space to heal, not judgement or interference. I’ve realised it’s always better to work through problems with communication and understanding, not with gossip or division. Real friends respect space, boundaries, and truth — even when things get hard. They don’t twist stories or try to turn others against you. I know what was said, and I know it wasn’t true — but I also know I can’t change it.
