Foodvisor:

Foodvisor: One month. One stone. 🎉💚 I'm so proud of myself! Living with AuDHD, EDhS, POTS and chronic pain means consistency can be incredibly difficult. Executive dysfunction, pain, fatigue and fluctuating energy levels can all make healthy habits much harder to maintain. That's why losing 1 stone in a month feels like such a huge achievement for me. 🥹👑 I've been using the Foodvisor app to help me track my food, stay accountable and make more mindful choices. It's really helped me build healthier routines without feeling overwhelmed. This isn't about perfection—it's about improving my health one step at a time and celebrating progress, however big or small. If you're on your own health journey, keep going. Every positive choice counts. 💚✨ Sarah Wingfield ❤️  Actor • Author • Advocate  KawaiiDollDecora.uk #WeightLossJourney #Foodvisor #HealthJourney #AuDHD #Autism #ADHD #ChronicIllness #ChronicPain #hEDS #POTS #DisabilityAwareness #Neurodivergent #SelfC...

The Truth about Manifesting:

Image
The Truth about Manifesting: Manifestation isn't magic on its own. ✨ Dreaming is important. Believing in yourself matters. Visualising your future can help keep you focused. But none of it replaces the late nights, the setbacks, the sacrifices, the persistence, and the work. Every milestone I've reached has come from showing up, even on the days I wanted to give up. Manifest the vision. Do the work. Repeat, as needed. 💪🏻✨ Sarah Wingfield ✨💖 KawaiiDollDecora.uk #Kawaii #KawaiiAesthetic #Decora #PastelGoth #DreamBig #Manifestation #Mindset #Motivation #WorkHard #CreativeLife #DigitalArt #BubbleFont #PinkAesthetic #CuteArt #KawaiiDollDecora #KDoll #Artist #WomenWhoCreate #PositiveMindset #BelieveInYourself Alt text: A kawaii pastel artwork featuring fluffy pink candy clouds, hanging stars, sparkles, and sweets in soft shades of pink, lavender, and cream. Floofy Bees, Small Wins & Reasons to Be Grateful 🐝🌼

Image
Floofy Bees, Small Wins & Reasons to Be Grateful 🐝 🌼 Today was one of those days that reminded me why gratitude matters. I've been making a conscious effort recently to focus on the positives, especially when life feels overwhelming, so I picked up a daily gratitude journal from Tesco. It's a simple little thing, but sometimes the smallest tools can help shift your mindset and encourage you to notice the good that's already there. This week has given me plenty to be grateful for. I've lost 10lbs using Foodvisor, which feels like a huge achievement. Not because of the number itself, but because it's evidence that consistency adds up. When you live with chronic pain, disability, and fluctuating energy levels, progress rarely looks dramatic. More often, it's made up of tiny decisions repeated over and over again until one day you realise you've moved closer to your goal. I'm making plans, meeting goals, and continuing to move forward, even on the diff...

Today should be a day of celebration.

Image
Today should be a day of celebration.  After years of hard work, consistency, determination, and refusing to give up, my stickers finally arrived for my autograph packages. ❤️ They represent two parts of my life that I have poured my heart into: creativity and advocacy. They represent the people I've supported, the voices I've amplified, the causes I've stood up for, and the dreams I've continued to chase even when life made things difficult. But if I'm honest, this past week has been relentless. I think people sometimes forget that behind every profile, page, group, blog, or business is a human being. It's difficult to fully celebrate something you've been excited about when you're simultaneously navigating health battles, recovering from targeted behaviour, dealing with family wounds, and preparing for court proceedings connected to past abuse. Today, when these arrived, I expected to feel excited. Instead, I mostly felt tired. And that's okay. Bec...

Keep heading towards goals/Livin article:

“They caught me on a pain flare day and still had to write an article about me anyway 😂💅 Because that’s the reality — disabled creators don’t wait for perfect days… we build through the hard ones. Grateful for the support, the growth, and everything I’m still creating even on my worst days. This is what resilience actually looks like. 💖✨ Still on my journey to becoming a sole trader — and I’m not stopping anytime soon. Let them:

Image
“Let them.” Not everyone is meant to understand you. Not everyone will choose you. Not everyone will treat you how you deserve. And that’s where your power begins. As Mel Robbins teaches — let them. Let them misunderstand you. Let them leave. Let them show you exactly who they are. Because when you stop chasing, explaining, proving, and overextending… you create space for alignment, peace, and people who don’t require you to shrink. And psychologically? That’s not weakness — that’s regulation. That’s self-worth in action. As Chantal Heide often reinforces — people show you their standards through their behaviour, not their words. So believe what you see. Protect your energy. Choose yourself. Let them. 💕 — Sarah Wingfield ✨ KawaiiDollDecora.uk #LetThem #SelfWorth #EmotionalIntelligence #HealingJourney #Boundaries #Psychology #KnowYourWorth #Strongertogether #DisabilityAdvocate #KawaiiDollDecora Alt Text: A pink, kawaii-style digital graphic with a dreamy pastel background filled with s...

Hello March:

Image
🌷✨ Hello March ✨🌷 As we say hello to March 2026, A new page. A softer light. Tiny signs of spring pushing through cold ground. March reminds us that growth doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful. Sometimes it’s a quiet daisy breaking through concrete. Sometimes it’s simply surviving winter and still choosing to bloom. If the first two months of this year have felt heavy — this is your gentle reset. New goals. New energy. New chances to try again. You are allowed to grow at your own pace. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to hope. Let this month be about fresh starts, small wins, and believing that brighter days are already on their way. 🌈💛 Happy March, beautiful souls. Let’s bloom. 🌸 Sarah Wingfield ❤️  KawaiiDollDecora.uk #HelloMarch #NewMonthNewEnergy #BloomThroughConcrete #KawaiiVibes #HopefulHearts #StrongerTogether Alt text: Pastel kawaii March 1st illustration with “Happy March!” in pink bubble letters beneath a small calendar. I can't believe I actually know some stuff about manual cars too lmao 🤣 you surprise yourself some days... Have I earned a break yet?! Nearly 7/7goals hit on my app! 🙌🏻✨ Bearing in mind this is only the hours spent on the practical driving section and not the theory part! Thankful to have passed that part! So far - so good. ✨ Bad pain day but breaking goals day! 🤘🏻 Rock on! Xx 💋 Xo Alt Text: Two screenshots of a driving test learning app showing progress. The first image displays a summary stating “1 Goal left to hit” with 6 out of 7 goals completed, and a circular progress graphic showing 95%. Pursue Yourself:

Image
Pursue yourself. Self-reflect. Set little goals. Celebrate little wins. Be kind when you make mistakes or struggle — you’re flawed, and that’s okay. Just learn from it. Let people hate and misunderstand you. Try to spread kindness where you can — it’s needed. Always speak up. Action positive change. Challenge what needs to be challenged. Work with others. Find your spirit tribe, even if it’s only online. Let others be wrong about you. Be honest in the face of injustice. Even if others laugh or belittle you — stand stronger, speak louder, and never quit. Hit pause, but never quit. Rest is necessary for balance. Meditate on problems. Relax and think about what is within your control to change. Never ask, “Why me?” Instead ask, “What can I do?” “What is this teaching me?” Your path is always the right path. ❤️ — Sarah 🌹 #positivevibes #positiveenergy #mindset #progress #goals #Support #positive  Alt text: Black background image with white text that reads: "Uncommon advice: If y...

From Hope to Here:

Image
Today I found something unexpected. Tucked away between old notebooks and faded photos was one of my “happy books”—the kind I used to make when the world felt too loud and I needed a place to dream. I must’ve been around sixteen when I made it. Back then, life felt like a constant storm of “what ifs” and “will I ever?” but somehow, in the middle of it all, I wrote down a list. A list of what I wanted to become. The dreams. The goals. The things I quietly hoped would one day be mine. And reading it now, I couldn’t help but cry. Not sad tears—just this overwhelming surge of pride, awe, and disbelief. Because… I’ve done so many of them. Not perfectly. Not always the way I imagined. But with every ounce of energy I had—fighting through pain, exhaustion, grief, disability, and doubt—I did them. I became them. I think about that sixteen-year-old girl often. How she was hurting. How she had no idea what the next few years would bring. How people doubted her—how she doubted herself. How s...
