The art of healing:

Got some exciting projects up and coming, and I've been invited to join an amazing team of women on a podcast about disabilities, mental health, surviving DV and more!

Seems there is so much more to be done for us to support our fellow sisters and even more to support and advocate for disabilities and differences, including invisible conditions.

If you yourself are someone who would be willing to educate the world on your own personal experiences with any conditions, please check out the book section on my website and feel free to contact me!

For those who don't want their name published but are still willing to assist in regards to real life experiences of disability and/or mental health conditions, you can remain anonymous.

We will also be talking about other books so if there are any other authors that would like to be included please follow this page and keep an eye out for the podcast information.

I'll be updating it as soon as our team has organised everything, so much work to do and together we're doing amazing!

No matter what life throws at you, make sure you stand up for what you stand for and always do your best to action positive change!

I look forward to working with you all in the near future and this is definitely only the beginning!
