A Heartfelt Thank You for the Kindness ❤️:

A Heartfelt Thank You for the Kindness ❤️ It’s always so lovely when people take the time to reach out to me privately with kindness, gratitude, encouragement or support. ❤️ Over the past month especially, I’ve received so many genuinely thoughtful, supportive and positive messages that I felt I needed to stop for a moment and acknowledge them all. Some people have reached out simply to check in on me or send a few kind words. Others have messaged to thank me for helping them personally, for speaking up about something that mattered to them, for sharing information that helped them, or simply for continuing to do the work that I do. Those messages mean an incredible amount to me. When somebody tells me that I’ve helped them, supported them, encouraged them, given them useful information, made them feel heard, or made some kind of positive difference in their life, I never take that lightly. The same goes for the people who have reached out just to say, “thank you for what you do.” Whet...

23k Streams!

Image
23k Streams! I'm so proud to say we've officially passed 23,000 streams! 🎉🎶 How wild is that?! From creating music whilst bedbound to eventually releasing it into the world, this is something I never imagined would become a reality. Every stream represents someone taking a few minutes out of their day to listen to something I created, and that means more to me than words can express. Thank you to everyone who has streamed, shared, supported, and believed in my music. This is a dream come true, and I'm so excited to keep creating. ❤️✨ Sarah Wingfield ❤️ KDoll  #KDoll #OriginalMusic #IndependentArtist #Music #SingerSongwriter #NewMusic #23KStreams #MusicJourney #DreamComeTrue #DisabledArtist #ChronicIllness #BedboundToBrave #CreativeJourney #SupportIndependentArtists #ThankYou Alt text: Screenshot of K•Doll music streaming statistics showing a total of 23,401 streams over the last 12 months (June 2025–June 2026). Bruises:

TW! DV ⚠️ Bruises: I'm really sorry, but after a two-year battle with an ex and their obsession, I'm incredibly emotional right now because today I was successful in obtaining a six-month non-molestation order against the individual. Not only does this help protect me, but it may also help anyone who needs to report him in the future. They'll be listened to. They'll be believed. 🙏🏻 Safeguarding always matters, and today I'm proud to be a woman who was brave enough to speak up. With the support of the courts, I have upheld my boundaries, and I sincerely hope the mental torture and constant poking at old bruises finally comes to an end. Bad things happen. I've spent too long suffering. Today, I'm proud of myself. I completely broke down after the court hearing and had to ring legal back later because I was so overwhelmed by everything that had happened. But today, the system worked. Today, we succeeded. Today, protections have been put in place that will lif...

A Thank You as the Year Closes:

A Thank You as the Year Closes ❤️ As we celebrate Christmas and gently close the door on 2025, I want to take a moment to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to my spirit tribe, my community, and my colleagues. This year has been one of growth, challenge, and deep connection. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone I’ve worked alongside, to those who trusted me and allowed me the opportunity to support them, and to all the people I’ve met along the way through my advocacy and charity work. I also want to say a special thank you to those in the film and movie industry who welcomed me in and shared some truly great adventures with me this year. The creativity, collaboration, and moments behind the scenes have been a real joy and a reminder of why storytelling matters. Every conversation, shared moment, and act of kindness has mattered more than you probably realise. None of this work exists in isolation — it’s built through community, compassion, and mutual respect. Thank you for walking parts o...
