Important Announcement:

Important Announcement: Some unfortunate but true #facts: I have blocked all individuals involved. I have repeatedly asked to be left alone and have taken multiple steps to disengage from all abusive situations. I have never received a police caution and I do not have a criminal record. I stand by challenging harmful behaviour within organisations and communities. If speaking up to protect others attracts criticism, that is something I am prepared to accept. Defending yourself against serious allegations, correcting misinformation, and providing evidence to support your position is not the same as targeting , harassing , or pursuing other people. Such behaviour is something I do not condone and consider entirely unnecessary . What I have experienced is repeated unwanted attention, public discussions about me after boundaries were clearly established, threats, doxxing, hostile comments, attempts to draw others into the situation, and statements that have caused me genuine con...

What I’m Learning About Boundaries (And The Times I Still Slip):

Image
What I’m Learning About Boundaries (And The Times I Still Slip) Boundaries are one of those things that sound simple when you say them out loud, but living them is something else entirely. I’m learning that maintaining boundaries isn’t about getting it right every time, it’s about catching yourself when you don’t. Because I do slip. I still get roped into replies, I still find myself trying to explain, trying to get people to understand, trying to bring facts into conversations that were never about facts in the first place. And that’s where I have to pause and check myself, because the reality is you can’t reason with the unreasonable. Some people are committed to misunderstanding you, committed to twisting things, committed to getting a reaction, and no amount of calm explanation is going to change that. That’s been one of the hardest lessons for me, because I care. I care about truth, I care about fairness, I care about people seeing what actually happened, and that part of me will ...

I regret nothing:

I regret nothing. I will always speak up against abuse, and I will never be an abuser. Defending yourself is not wrongdoing. Calling harm out is not harassment. #NoRegrets #TakeTheHeat Funny how some people can dish it out but can’t handle someone standing their ground. Yikes indeed. Keep challenging what needs to be challenged. It is not our fault that platforms often target those defending themselves instead of the abusive behaviour that caused the situation in the first place. If you want to stay informed, follow Exposed – Cheats & Abusers to keep up to date on local abusers and patterns of harm. Stay brave. Stay proud. Stay outspoken — especially in the face of abusers and their enablers. Period. 🎯 ~ We will not be compliant. ~ We will not stay silent. New interview coming soon!

I should be able to speak on my hometown’s radio. I should be able to share my lived experience as a Newtonian, to explain why I have started a petition calling for the legalisation of regulated pepper spray for self-defence. My hard work should and could be printed and represented. I should be heard by the very community I belong to. Instead, I am being invited to speak by people outside of this town — radio presenters, podcasters, campaigners — who see value in my voice and my work. Support and representation should never be conditional. It should never be “sometimes.” It should never depend on who you’re liked by, controlled by, or aligned with. Many people locally have asked me to run for council. A growing number want me to represent the disabled community. And I will represent my community — but I cannot and will not step into a council culture where corruption, ostracism, and silencing are allowed to continue. I do more for this town independently, where I can be suppo...

Legalise Pepper Spray Petition:

The petition is now LIVE: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/742673 Please SHARE 🙏🏻 ❤️  Alt text:Neon-style graffiti on a dark brick wall with bold, glowing text in pink, blue, and green that reads “LEGALISE PEPPER SPRAY.” The paint has drips and splatters, giving it a spray-painted, rebellious street-art feel. Petition to: Legalise pepper spray in England. We call on the UK Government to: • Legalise and regulate pepper spray for self-defence • Restrict sales to over-18s and approved formulations only • Impose tough penalties for misuse • Provide clear guidelines on lawful self-defence More details: Every day across England, people – especially women, disabled people, and survivors of domestic abuse – are left vulnerable to harassment, assault, and violence. Reports of harassment and sexual offences on public transport have surged. People are being threatened at bus stops and in public spaces. We think domestic abuse is still at epidemic levels – and too many victims are le...

Self Defence England Petition:

Image
I need five more supporters on this campaign: Could one be YOU?! 🫵🏻😊✨ #LegalisePepperSpray https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/742673/sponsors/new?token=58HvqjhNhqF8wEQyxN7G Legalise Pepper Spray for Self-Defence in England Why this matters: Every day across England, people – especially women, disabled people, and survivors of domestic abuse – are left vulnerable to harassment, assault, and violence. Reports of harassment and sexual offences on public transport have surged. People are being threatened at bus stops and in public spaces. Domestic abuse is still at epidemic levels – and too many victims are left defenceless while waiting for help. Police response times can stretch into hours, leaving victims exposed and unprotected. Right now, the law treats pepper spray as if it were a firearm. That means ordinary people have no legal way to carry even the most basic tool of self-defence. What we’re asking for: We call on the UK Government to: ✅ Legalise and regulate pepper spray...
