  Behind the Pink Pages ✨ Creating, juggling, and keeping the magic alive Some days look a little quieter on the outside. A pen. A pink notebook. A pause. But behind the scenes? There’s a lot happening. Right now I’m deep in production mode for Aycliffe Alternative Magazine — pulling articles together, coordinating contributors, problem-solving, editing, designing, and making sure everything still reflects the values it was built on: community, accessibility, honesty, and inclusion. At the same time, I’m also working on a feature film project — which has unexpectedly become another full-time mental load. Managing creative direction, logistics, people, boundaries, and decision-making takes a different kind of energy. It’s exciting, but it’s also intense, especially when you care deeply about doing things properly and ethically.
