I am absolutely exhausted , as I have just finished putting my statement together and timeline with extensive evidence for a non-molestation order I'm applying for. This is the second time I've had to do it and this time I did it all by myself and included evidence as exhibits so it is literally court ready. I just want this part of my life over, I'm tired now and I'm absolutely fed up of abusers having zero consequences for their actions and the police not doing anything they're supposed to. You literally have to do everything yourself these days and it's especially triggering having to write up assaults and worse! My fellow DV girlies will get it. 💜 Chin up, chest out, and keep moving forward. Vulnerable Disabled Woman Silenced by Police After False Allegations, Caught on Film: Contemporaneous Account – Police Attendance re Community Protection Notice Date: 25 November 2024 Recording: An audio and video recording of this interaction exists and is retained by me. On 25 November 2024, a police officer attended my address and sought to issue a Community Protection Notice (CPN) based on allegations relating to my online activity. The CPN was NOT signed or Dated, no officer details were provided and it did not state the start date or the end date.
