Court Preparation and Exhaustion:

I am absolutely exhausted, as I have just finished putting my statement together and timeline with extensive evidence for a non-molestation order I'm applying for.



This is the second time I've had to do it and this time I did it all by myself and included evidence as exhibits so it is literally court ready.


I just want this part of my life over, I'm tired now and I'm absolutely fed up of abusers having zero consequences for their actions and the police not doing anything they're supposed to.


You literally have to do everything yourself these days and it's especially triggering having to write up assaults and worse!


My fellow DV girlies will get it. 💜


Chin up, chest out, and keep moving forward.


I really could have done with people taking my legalisation of pepper spray Petition more seriously as it ends soon, in mere days and they're enabling abuse by not assisting in legalising self defence support.


Guess we just have to be further penalised for fighting back these days. People should care more. (Pepper spray Petition info below) 👇🏻

We call on the UK Government to:


• Legalise and regulate pepper spray for self-defence

• Restrict sales to over-18s and approved formulations only

• Impose tough penalties for misuse

• Provide clear guidelines on lawful self-defence

Every day across England, people – especially women, disabled people, and survivors of domestic abuse – are left vulnerable to harassment, assault, and violence.

Reports of harassment and sexual offences on public transport have surged.

People are being threatened at bus stops and in public spaces.

We think domestic abuse is still at epidemic levels – and too many victims are left defenceless while waiting for help.

Police response times can stretch into hours, leaving victims exposed and unprotected.
