Let them:

“Let them.” Not everyone is meant to understand you. Not everyone will choose you. Not everyone will treat you how you deserve. And that’s where your power begins. As Mel Robbins teaches — let them. Let them misunderstand you. Let them leave. Let them show you exactly who they are. Because when you stop chasing, explaining, proving, and overextending… you create space for alignment, peace, and people who don’t require you to shrink. And psychologically? That’s not weakness — that’s regulation. That’s self-worth in action. As Chantal Heide often reinforces — people show you their standards through their behaviour, not their words. So believe what you see. Protect your energy. Choose yourself. Let them. 💕 — Sarah Wingfield ✨ KawaiiDollDecora.uk #LetThem #SelfWorth #EmotionalIntelligence #HealingJourney #Boundaries #Psychology #KnowYourWorth #Strongertogether #DisabilityAdvocate #KawaiiDollDecora Alt Text: A pink, kawaii-style digital graphic with a dreamy pastel background filled with s...

Emily Nails & Beauty Valentine's Treat: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 ❤️ I honestly can’t recommend this nail salon enough. Every single visit I’m made to feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and cared for — which matters so much to me. Their work is consistently beautiful, creative, and immaculate, and the range of styles they can do is incredible. They’ve created ombré, Halloween, flames, neon, girly sets, French, Valentine’s designs and more for me — and every single set has been flawless. What really sets them apart is how well they adapt nails to you. They’ve done nails for my film work, music shows, and my own personal aesthetic, always understanding the brief and elevating it beyond expectations. Whether I need something bold and eye-catching, soft and feminine, or statement nails that work on camera, they always deliver. Talented, friendly, professional, and creative — I always leave feeling confident and happy. If you’re looking for a salon that truly listens and produces stunning ...

The smallest things:

It’s often the smallest things that mean the most. I’m still struggling and working around chronic pain, with Unit 3 of my course left to finish. Some days take real effort just to keep going. My man came home at dinnertime and surprised me with coffee and sushi, and I honestly can’t thank him enough. 💛 So much of the good happens quietly, behind the scenes. It isn’t framed, photographed, or always visible to others — but it matters. I’m deeply grateful for the way he looks after me, works with me, and shows up for our relationship in ways that make life feel lighter. Now, back to my studies — I have my ASL session tomorrow. I’m also incredibly grateful for accessibility. I’ve had to do courses before with zero flexibility and even had to quit some because of it. Inclusion means being able to study around our conditions — and still achieve the same as anyone else. Always do random acts of kindness. The world needs them now more than ever.
