Foodvisor: One month. One stone. 🎉💚 I'm so proud of myself! Living with AuDHD, EDhS, POTS and chronic pain means consistency can be incredibly difficult. Executive dysfunction, pain, fatigue and fluctuating energy levels can all make healthy habits much harder to maintain. That's why losing 1 stone in a month feels like such a huge achievement for me. 🥹👑 I've been using the Foodvisor app to help me track my food, stay accountable and make more mindful choices. It's really helped me build healthier routines without feeling overwhelmed. This isn't about perfection—it's about improving my health one step at a time and celebrating progress, however big or small. If you're on your own health journey, keep going. Every positive choice counts. 💚✨ Sarah Wingfield ❤️  Actor • Author • Advocate  KawaiiDollDecora.uk #WeightLossJourney #Foodvisor #HealthJourney #AuDHD #Autism #ADHD #ChronicIllness #ChronicPain #hEDS #POTS #DisabilityAwareness #Neurodivergent #SelfC...

23k Streams!

Image
23k Streams! I'm so proud to say we've officially passed 23,000 streams! 🎉🎶 How wild is that?! From creating music whilst bedbound to eventually releasing it into the world, this is something I never imagined would become a reality. Every stream represents someone taking a few minutes out of their day to listen to something I created, and that means more to me than words can express. Thank you to everyone who has streamed, shared, supported, and believed in my music. This is a dream come true, and I'm so excited to keep creating. ❤️✨ Sarah Wingfield ❤️ KDoll  #KDoll #OriginalMusic #IndependentArtist #Music #SingerSongwriter #NewMusic #23KStreams #MusicJourney #DreamComeTrue #DisabledArtist #ChronicIllness #BedboundToBrave #CreativeJourney #SupportIndependentArtists #ThankYou Alt text: Screenshot of K•Doll music streaming statistics showing a total of 23,401 streams over the last 12 months (June 2025–June 2026). Today should be a day of celebration.

Today should be a day of celebration.  After years of hard work, consistency, determination, and refusing to give up, my stickers finally arrived for my autograph packages. ❤️ They represent two parts of my life that I have poured my heart into: creativity and advocacy. They represent the people I've supported, the voices I've amplified, the causes I've stood up for, and the dreams I've continued to chase even when life made things difficult. But if I'm honest, this past week has been relentless. I think people sometimes forget that behind every profile, page, group, blog, or business is a human being. It's difficult to fully celebrate something you've been excited about when you're simultaneously navigating health battles, recovering from targeted behaviour, dealing with family wounds, and preparing for court proceedings connected to past abuse. Today, when these arrived, I expected to feel excited. Instead, I mostly felt tired. And that's okay. Bec...

Becoming Who I Dreamed Of:

Image
Becoming Who I Dreamed Of: I just wanted to take a moment to be present and truly appreciate how far I’ve come. There was a time I was bedbound and housebound, fighting every single day just to get through life — and if you had told me five years ago that I’d be stepping onto a movie set next month, she would have laughed in disbelief. Yet here we are. I work epically hard across everything I do, and because I’m always focused on future goals and building the next project, I don’t always stop to appreciate what I’ve already achieved. But today, I am. I’ve built incredible connections across the music industry, film industry, Juggalo fam communities, charities, advocacy groups, and community organisations. Behind the scenes, we’re still pushing forward with mental health awareness, supporting Let’s Talk North East CIC, setting up community spaces and continuing to create meaningful change. Creativity has honestly kept me alive. I love creating, building, connecting and helping people. A...

City Rush 4 Wins October Award:

City Rush 4 Wins October Award for “Most Technically Excellent” at Athens International Monthly Art Film Festival 2025 I’m proud to share that City Rush 4 has received the October Award for “Most Technically Excellent” at the Athens International Monthly Art Film Festival 2025. This award recognises the technical craft behind the film — the precision, planning, and execution that go into making everything work cohesively on screen. It’s a category that highlights the often unseen work: cinematography, editing, sound, pacing, and the many technical decisions that shape the final result. This recognition belongs to the entire team. Film is never the work of one person, and City Rush 4 was a genuine collaborative effort. Every member of the cast and crew contributed skill, time, and professionalism, and this award reflects that collective dedication. Creating film is rarely easy. It requires adaptability, long hours, problem-solving, and commitment, often under pressure. To have that work...

Pursue Yourself:

Image
Pursue yourself. Self-reflect. Set little goals. Celebrate little wins. Be kind when you make mistakes or struggle — you’re flawed, and that’s okay. Just learn from it. Let people hate and misunderstand you. Try to spread kindness where you can — it’s needed. Always speak up. Action positive change. Challenge what needs to be challenged. Work with others. Find your spirit tribe, even if it’s only online. Let others be wrong about you. Be honest in the face of injustice. Even if others laugh or belittle you — stand stronger, speak louder, and never quit. Hit pause, but never quit. Rest is necessary for balance. Meditate on problems. Relax and think about what is within your control to change. Never ask, “Why me?” Instead ask, “What can I do?” “What is this teaching me?” Your path is always the right path. ❤️ — Sarah 🌹 #positivevibes #positiveenergy #mindset #progress #goals #Support #positive  Alt text: Black background image with white text that reads: "Uncommon advice: If y...

Birthday:

Image
Today is my birthday. I may not yet be where I want to be, but I am incredibly proud of how far I’ve come. After spending over a decade bedbound and housebound, I’ve changed my life — for the better. Through it all, I’ve never stopped trying to uplift and support others. Even from a hospital bed, I made it my mission to help women across the world avoid wheelchairs from SPD/PGP (symphysis pubis dysfunction) by sharing vital physio knowledge — knowledge that saved their mobility and dignity. I’ve become an author, blogger, producer, music artist and actress. I’ve contributed to films, performed in charity plays, and spoken up in council meetings. I fought for seating at local bus stops because I knew how important that small win could be for someone in pain. I’ve dedicated time to charities and supported organisations — even when I was mistreated, sidelined, or discarded. I’ve been relentless in my advocacy. I would’ve loved to be a local councillor, to represent those whose voices ofte...
