9/10 – A Fantastic Showcase of Independent British Filmmaking -Raya Films.
Daggers Inn is an atmospheric mystery that combines suspense, dark humour and supernatural intrigue in a way that feels distinctly British. The rural setting creates a constant sense of mystery, while the cinematography makes excellent use of the beautiful locations.
Anna Danvers delivers a strong lead performance as Donna Revan, supported by a talented cast who bring the film's intriguing world to life. The story unfolds at a steady pace, gradually revealing its secrets while maintaining an engaging atmosphere throughout.
One of the things I admire most is the passion behind the project and just how beautifully it has been shot. Every frame feels like a piece of art. Independent filmmaking takes enormous commitment, creativity and determination, and Daggers Inn is a wonderful example of what can be achieved by people who genuinely believe in the stories they want to tell.
If you're a fan of British independent cinema, mysteries and supernatural thrillers, I'd definitely recommend giving Daggers Inn a watch.
