Some unfortunate but true #facts:
I have blocked all individuals involved.
I have repeatedly asked to be left alone and have taken multiple steps to disengage from all abusive situations.
I have never received a police caution and I do not have a criminal record.
I stand by challenging harmful behaviour within organisations and communities.
If speaking up to protect others attracts criticism, that is something I am prepared to accept.
Defending yourself against serious allegations, correcting misinformation, and providing evidence to support your position is not the same as targeting, harassing, or pursuing other people.
Such behaviour is something I do not condone and consider entirely unnecessary.
What I have experienced is repeated unwanted attention, public discussions about me after boundaries were clearly established, threats, doxxing, hostile comments, attempts to draw others into the situation, and statements that have caused me genuine concern for my safety and wellbeing, including comments such as,
"Let's make the b**** pay."
Sadly, even individuals I am estranged from have chosen to involve themselves in the situation and have subsequently been blocked as a result.
I genuinely hoped people would lose interest and move on. Unfortunately, that has not happened.
As a result, I have now had no choice but to submit my evidence log to the police so that concerns are formally recorded should matters continue or escalate.
This situation is unnecessary, stressful, and upsetting.
I simply want to be left in peace so I can focus on my work, advocacy, community projects, my health, and the people who actually matter in my life.
At this stage, I am leaving the matter in the hands of the authorities and hope that everyone involved chooses to move on before any further harm is caused.
Today, I am taking a step back to focus on my own wellbeing.
