Yesterday, Peter took me for some lovely food at Gretna Green in Newton Aycliffe. 💜

This place holds a lot of fond memories for me, and the staff are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, even when they're rushed off their feet.

Life hasn't exactly been gentle lately. I've had some incredibly difficult pain days, moments where my body has completely seized up, very little sleep, and more than my fair share of negativity directed my way. Yet I keep showing up, keep supporting others, and keep moving forward.

One thing I've learned is that some people only know how to tear others down, while others know how to build people up. I'm choosing to focus on the people who support, encourage, and care.

Last night I was awake until 6am after a bit of gaming on Avakin Life, but what kept me going through the early hours was daydreaming about my birthday weekend in July. 🌿✨

Peter now has a small mountain of Booking.com emails thanks to me. 😂

We've been looking at cabins, apartments, hot tubs, nature retreats, coastal escapes, and all sorts of peaceful little hideaways. Just imagining fresh air, tranquillity, beautiful scenery, and a chance to properly switch off gave me something positive to hold onto.

Sometimes hope isn't a huge thing.

Sometimes it's a burger with someone you love.

Sometimes it's a few hours spent laughing together.

Sometimes it's simply having something lovely to look forward to. 💜

I'm done being scared and bullied and hiding. I set the truth free and if I get harmed and arrested for doing so, so be it. I refuse to be harmed or suffer anymore, I can't cope. I've just submitted my proposal to Great Aycliffe Town Council regarding the safety concerns with the Santa Tours event. This will be debated at the council offices next Wednesday, 26th November 2025. Attached is the submitted proposal and I hope that we can come to a suitable arrangement.
