Are you helpful or hindering:

How does this prevent people seeking help?

They get exhausted and tired of people's judgements when they are already struggling.

They feel they can't ask for help because people are too quick with their mouths in negative ways as opposed with actions for positive change.

People don't deserve any more issues or conflict and I don't want them to have any so I ask that people think about their own actions and words and how theyre impacting their community.

It's ok to disagree, but is it necessary to say something that is unhelpful and won't change anything?

It puts people off coming forward for help.

It impacts mental health and anxiety within individuals that seek help and they don't deserve your words impacting them like that.

They stay silent to avoid conflict (coercive control).
