Blast from the past:
I can’t believe how far I’ve come since my modelling days — a real blast from the past.
Looking at old photos feels like opening a time capsule. Different body. Different mindset. Same spark — just packaged in a younger, less world-worn version of me. And before anyone panics (hi, internet), yes — I’ve covered myself with fluffy hearts… even though my hands were doing the job just fine anyway. Ahaha.
That girl in the photo grew into the squishy, quirky bish you know today 😘 Whether you love me, love to hate me, or quietly scroll while forming opinions, here I am — still standing, still evolving, still very much myself 😆🔥
If I could go back and talk to her, I’d tell her something simple but powerful: life really is what you make it. I’d also tell her to say yes to that zombie film back in 2006. No overthinking. No fear. Just fun. Because some regrets aren’t about failure — they’re about not giving yourself permission to try.
Our bodies are not static. They tell the story of our lives — joy, stress, illness, healing, survival. Every stage deserves respect. Every version deserves love.
There will always be a character that fits you. A space that welcomes you. A story that needs your voice. You do not need to shrink, smooth, or silence yourself to belong.
We are all unique. Wildly, beautifully, inconveniently so.
So don’t quit on your dreams. Don’t wait for permission. And don’t be afraid to have adventures — even if they don’t look the way you imagined they would.
Love,
Sarah ❤️

She has long dark hair, red lipstick, and is wearing pearl jewellery, pink and red lingerie with suspenders, and black fishnet stockings. Two fluffy white heart shapes are placed over her chest for modesty. The image has a soft, retro pin-up aesthetic, with a watermark reading “Kawaii Doll Decora” in the corner.
