Getting all the cuddles in before I have to say goodbye... waiting to hear back from Dogs trust, one of the hardest things I've had to do but if this trip away taught me anything, it was that he's too much for me and my dynamic disabilities and I have to think of myself as having been Buds foster mummy because it's so hard. He's such a sweetheart but I don't have carers or support or anything and I did my best with this beautiful amazing soul of a dog and he deserves so much more than I can give him. I'm really struggling and not everyone would understand or get it, he got out not too long ago and I hurt myself and it took an hour to get him back and I was sat on a wet path, shaking and crying in the rain as I'd never have forgiven myself if he had got hit by a car. Caroline and James were absolutely wonderful people and you can see how much hard work and dedication goes on behind the scenes of a movie! As soon as I arrived they were so pleasant and welcomed me and had me first in hair and make up with the wonderful Amy. AmyAlicemakeup on instagram. My partner Peter and I, booked a wonderful apartment for overnight, right near where we were filming at Southend-On-Sea and were absolutely blown away by how wonderful the hosts were. After a long and tiring (approx five hours) drive, add on time for services breaks, it was lovely to have a cuppa tea with them and discuss a range of topics close to my heart. They were polite, respectful and an absolute delight and set our journey up with good vibes and positivity. When we got into the apartment it was a lovely size and exactly as described and shown on the advert, it was perfect for what we needed and we got ourselves and our fur baby Bud settled in. It was near a dog park and a tennis court and near the sea and seaside. I would have definitely liked to have stayed a little longer and enjoy the area more as it seemed a dream! I'm so pleased that I was able to travel and enjoy this apartment and make good memories, hopefully there will be plenty more to come. Sarah Wingfield 🌹 

I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Raya Films on their wonderful New picture 'Cult Night', as described on Raya Films: "Suspense Horror - Feature Film When an errant American student connects with her movie producer uncle in London, she becomes embroiled in a world of deceit, exploitation and murder. January 2025 update: We're filming now!" I am currently on set about to play a floor manager and have been having a wonderful time meeting everyone and had some very interesting conversations as we prep for the scene. This is my first movie set and hopefully won't be my last as I rebuild my portfolio and life and I'm excited for this and for future possible opportunities! It has come to my attention today that the government are looking again at reforming the benefits system for people with disabilities and the sick. This is concerning so I suggestively advise and kindly ask people to email the following to your local MP, mine being Alan Strickland. Dear MP Alan Strickland, I am concerned about the government's potential changes to the benefits system that could remove critical support for sick and disabled people. Recent reports suggest significant reforms are being planned for 2025, including changes to Personal Independence Payments (PIP), Work Capability Assessments, and Disability Living Allowance. These proposed changes are causing significant anxiety among people who rely on this support to live with dignity. Decisions on this scale must be informed by public input to ensure fairness and protect the independence of sick and disabled individuals.
