Alt text: A quote on a light purple background that reads: “We need shorter wait times. You don't know if someone suffering will still be alive to go to their next appointment which is over a month away.” Below the quote, it says: Big Mental Health Survey. 2025 respondent.

On the 8th... I nearly became a number, a statistic, a memory... An ASD episode, PTSD and on top of AuAdhd, I struggled.

Which is why I use my struggles to help others. We should never have to endure this - but we don't have to be alone in it. ❤️

Hit pause and rest, and don't let the bully in your brain - win. I'm fighting back now but I have a long road to recovery and mental health healing isn't linear, it's ups and downs and goods and bads - it's a rollercoaster and it's more complex for those with conditions and disabilities.

Together we can support each other and comfort people when they relapse. We weren't all taught about coping methods in school, so we adapt the best we can until we find better ones.

The community I am building allows for people to share experiences and support methods that can help change the way someone copes. Struggling is hard, together we can make it easier.
