Taking a break:

 Taking a Break ❤️

I’m taking a social media break again. My mental health isn’t doing well — not after everything I’ve had to face over the last year and more.

I can’t make others stand for what they preach, even though I try.

I can’t make others care, or stop being harmful, even though I try.

And I’ve never asked for any of it.

I’m doing my best to fix where others are going wrong. If people choose to bully or exclude, that’s on them — not me. I don’t condone it, and it’s heartbreaking, because I know deep down that we are stronger together.

If more people stood for what they preached, the world would already be a better place.

I don’t condone emotional abuse, ostracism, or hate campaigns — and I never will.

So I’m carving my own piece of the world for those who are authentic, genuine, and actually care about people and community. That’s all I can do.

You don’t see the harm it causes behind the scenes.

You judge from your screens — but it doesn’t matter until it’s you being mistreated, you being excluded, or you being silenced.

Remember this: when you allow someone’s boot to choke another person — whether beside you, in front of you, or within your community — it’s only a matter of time before you find yourself under that same boot.

Behaviour has patterns.

It could be you.

Be careful what and who you support.

Be careful what harm you allow to happen to others.

Because the truth is — it could have been you. And one day, it still might be.❤️
