Today marks 17 years of Support Pelvic Dysfunction, a community I founded to create a space where people affected by Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP) / Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) could find understanding, information, reassurance and support.
Over the years, this community has become so much more than a page or a group. It has become a place where people can share their experiences, ask questions without judgement, support one another through difficult days and remind each other that living with pelvic dysfunction can feel isolating, but you do not have to face it alone.
To every person who has joined, contributed, shared advice, raised awareness, reassured another member or simply stayed quietly connected to the community — thank you. 💜
Seventeen years is a long time, and I am incredibly grateful that this space is still here, still helping people and still giving a voice to those living with PGP/SPD.
Here’s to continuing to raise awareness, challenge misconceptions and make sure people affected by pelvic dysfunction are heard, believed and supported.
